  • Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery.
  • Your order will be delivered by NZ couriers or NZ Post with track and trace-signature required. Once you order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details. Please check your Junk mail folder if not received within a few days or email us at hello@oliandali.com
  • We cannot deliver to a PO Box

  • Oversized Items from $40

We use NZ Post international post service which allows us to give you the best shipping price. This post service includes tracking.

Please allow 8-16 business days for delivery. This does not include the time that may be needed for customs clearance. Oli and Ali has not control over any customs duties, biosecurity or import duties/taxes that could be levied when the package reaches your destination county. You are solely liable for these charges.
